Welcome to Advent Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Use of Services

Our Services are intended for business and professional use. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services:

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Advent Labs, an Advent Labs employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which may harm Advent Labs or users of the Services.

3. Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Advent Labs, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

5. Payment and Billing

For paid Services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

As stated in our 60-Day Value Guarantee, if our AI solutions don't deliver measurable improvements to your business within 60 days, you'll receive a full refund. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@adventlabs.ai. Refund requests must be made within the 60-day period from the date of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Advent Labs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
• Any content obtained from the Services; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Advent Labs, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
